Last Man/Woman Standing is a purely strength-based competition where athletes will compete against each other in any or all of four events:
- Bench Press
- Car Deadlift
- Back Squat
- Conan Wheel.
Each athlete will attempt to outlast the others as the weight increases. The last man or woman standing wins. Prizes go to the Top 3.
The question becomes, can you beat the adaptive athletes from Team Some Assembly Required?
Athlete entry donation is $50. Larger donations are always welcome. This donation will get you entry into any or all of the 4 events. You do not have to compete in every event.
Donations to the 501c3 are tax deductible. Also, 100% of the proceeds will be distributed to the athletes for travel and event entry to competitions such as the Arnold Sports Festival and to participate in community outreach events to inspire Americans to grow a sense of confidence, independence and purpose.
