A Weightlifting Competition Benefiting Team SAR

Never before has there been an event that has brought together Powerlifters, Strongmen, and Functional Fitness Athletes into one bracket to prove who the strongest athlete is and from what discipline they reside. We are doing just that! Are you ready for an all out battle? Bring your A-Game to Iron Asylum Warehouse Gym on July 15th and show up and show out!

100% of the proceeds will be donated to Team Some Assembly Required, a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to the support of veteran and civilian athletes.

  • BENCH: 225/85# (Touch and go to full extension)
  • DEAD: 315/205# (Conventional ONLY, touch and go to full extension)

  • ASSAULT BIKE & ROWER: 25 Cals (Back to Back)

EVENT 3

  • SEATED LATERAL CHAIN HOLD FOR TIME (16#/8# per hand, on cannonball grips)

At the end of both events, players average ranking will determine top 16 to advance. If we have less than 20 entrants, all 20 will advance.
